When you contact us, we will agree a timescale in which the work should be completed. We will do our best for you, but if we cannot meet your timescale, we will let you know that upfront. Business Support does not operate by a strict 9-5 clock. So, we are in a unique position which enables us greater flexibility for deadlines. We will work into the early hours to complete your project if that is required. We will cater for rush jobs where possible but not at the expense of another client’s project.

A 50% prepayment for the first assignment may be requested.

We invoice on the date of finishing each assignment or monthly – all invoices to be paid within 14 days.
